Clothes: You need to be able to move comfortably! Workout clothes, leotard and tights, or anything that is a little more form-fitting will allow the instructor to better help you.
Shoes: For ballet classes, ballet shoes are strongly recommended, however, if it is your first class and you do not own ballet slippers yet, jazz shoes or socks will work! Pilates classes can be done in socks, or barefoot.
Hair: Pulled back securely, and off of your face. For ballet, a secure bun is highly recommended so that your hair isn’t flying in your face as you turn and jump through class!

Our classes are welcoming, joyful, and strengthening! And based in RAD and Vaganova technique with live piano every class! :)
We begin at the barre with exercises to warm up and focus on technique and alignment. As we continue through class, the exercises progress into the centre of the room to help develop strength, stamina and grace. Centre work will contain adage, pirouettes, travelling across the floor, and allegro.

We offer two levels of drop-in pointe classes; Beginner/Intermediate, and Intermediate. Class begins at the barre then moves into the center. Explore class descriptions here.
Our pointe classes feel like semi-private classes from the individual attention you receive. We value safety in our educational and supportive environment, as such, we will help you find the correct level of class if you are unsure.
